Shipping Information
Upon payment and completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Estimated parcel arrival time for West Malaysia is 3-5 working days and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia . Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Should there be any delays or issues with your delivery, we will notify you promptly through Hunter customer service email. You can always log in your account to trace the order status.
*Kindly note that deliveries may sometimes be delayed due to festive season or major sales campaigns.
Delivery is only within Malaysia. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas: P.O boxes, Military Areas, Government Offices, Airports, and offshore areas.
All deliveries in the Malaysia are made through Ninja Van, and you can track the status of your delivery through their website (https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my) with the AWB number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email.
Please ensure to provide a valid local mobile number with your order as the courier may drop you a text/call during delivery.
